Q. Can I call and talk to someone before ordering, or can I place a telephone order?

A. Yes, we are telephone friendly. We are here to assist you with your order and welcome telephone orders. Please feel free to call us.

Q. I wear a 44R jacket and a 34” waist pants. I looked at your suits and your 44R comes with a 38” pants waist. Can I get a 44R jacket and a 34” waist pants?

A. Yes, we can replace a pair of pants with a different size. However, there is a charge for this, depending upon the particular suit you are ordering. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs. Please call us and talk with a Customer Service Representative about your special order.

Q. Can I return the suit I purchased if I am not satisfied with it?

A. Yes. The suit must be in its original condition with the tags still attached. You must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the suit, and get a Return Authorization number. The suit must be in the original packing and you need to return the Packing Slip with it to our company address. Refunds are issued within seven (7) days after we receive the item back at our warehouse. We suggest that you insure the package as we are not responsible for loss or damage to returns while in transit. You must pay the return shipping cost.

Q. Can I return the suit I purchased for a different size or color?

A. Yes. As described in the return question above, the suit must be in its original condition with the tags still attached. You must notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the suit, and get an Exchange Authorization number. The suit must be in the original packing and you need to return the Packing Slip with it to our company address. Please include a note with the new suits style number, color and size. Your new suit will be shipped to you within seven (7) days after we receive your returned suit. We suggest that you insure the package as we are not responsible for loss or damage to returns while in transit. You must pay the return shipping cost.

Q. What is your shipping policy?

A. If the item and size you ordered is in stock, then it will be shipped as quickly as possible. We try to maintain a good inventory but on occasion we may be out of a particular color in a certain size. Sometimes the embroidery work may be running a little behind, if it is a suit that requires our special marks be added to it, this may take a few extra days. Our suits are quality and deserve to be treated as such. They are packed in quality packing and sturdy boxes. We do not stuff them in some small cheap container. Your suit should arrive in a ready-to-wear condition without the need for you to remove wrinkles.

Q. What type of payments do you accept?

A. We accept payment and all major credit cards through Pay Pal. We will accept a U.S. Postal Money Order, a Cashiers Check or your personal check. Personal checks will delay your shipment for ten to fourteen banking days. If you are mailing in your order, then use our printable order form and be sure to include the suits style number, color and size that you are ordering, along with your payment, shipping address, telephone number and Email address...

Q. What is your return policy?

Our Return Policy is simple.

We guarantee your satisfaction. We have an unconditional return policy on all unworn, and unused new items purchased. Returns MUST come with the labels and tags still attached, with the suit in the original packing. Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price. There is No Restocking Fee. No shipping fees are refunded. You must make a request to return the item within seven (7) days of receipt of it, otherwise we shall deem that you are satisfied with your purchase and the sale will become final. If somehow we mistakenly misrepresented the item, we will refund the full purchase price and the shipping cost.
