They are ready to serve and assist you in any way to help place, process and speed your order to you. We are “telephone friendly” and love to assist our customers. Our hours are from 9:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M. EDT six days a week. Our office is closed on Sundays. We can Email you a confirmation of your order or give you a verbal Order Number over the phone. You may fax an order to us at 1-803-313-9071 twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. It will be entered into our system for processing during our normal office hours. You will receive an automated fax confirmation of receipt of your fax. Please print out an Online Order Form, complete it, and fax it to us. Our Online Order Department is available twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The computer system processes them and they are then verified during our normal office hours. This system will issue you a detailed receipt for your order. You may mail in your order to our office. Please click on the Contact Us button on the left navigation menu for our mailing address. Please print out an Online Order Form, complete it, and mail it to us along with your payment. We accept credit cards, personal checks, money orders and traveler’s checks.
