RETURNS/EXCHANGES RETURN TIME If you wish to return your purchase, then you must contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of your order, either via telephone or Email. One of our friendly Customer Representatives will assist you with this process. The merchandise must be back in our possession within thirty (30) days from the time you received it in order for us to process a refund request. We value all of our customers and want to always assist them in any way possible however, the implementation of the seven (7) day notification and thirty (30) day return policy is something that we, as a company, cannot get around. We hope that you enjoy your purchases and trust that if you need a Return/Exchange, you will keep the 7 day notification and 30 day return policy in mind. Once again we find it important to stress that if the 7 day return period lapses, we will not be able to issue a Return Authorization Number. You MUST obtain the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning an item to us for a refund or exchange. A friendly Representative will gladly assist you with this process. We require Return Authorization Numbers for internal processing and quality control. Any package sent to us without a Return Authorization Number may be rejected and returned to the Sender, without any responsibility or liability on our part. If we do accept a return package without a Return Authorization, it will be charged a twenty percent (20%) processing fee. If you need to return an item(s), please simply follow our simple guidelines to avoid any unnecessary or unwanted fees. Thank you for your consideration. CONDITION OF RETURNS We MUST stress the fact that all returns and exchanges MUST have tags in tact, must NOT have been altered, must NOT have been worn, and MUST be returned in the original packaging. We do not sell used or worn suits but only new, unused and unaltered suits. We must maintain our reputation and abide by these rules. Any item returned that we deem, in our sole discretion, has been altered, the tags have been removed, or the suit has been worn, other than just tried on, then we will reject this merchandise and not accept it for return refund or exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that have are unaltered, tags are in tact, have not been worn, and are in the original packaging. EXCHANGES We will be happy to make an exchange for an item of a different color or different size so long as you abide by our guidelines for making Returns and Exchanges. After you receive an item, if youd like to make an Exchange, please telephone one of our friendly Customer Representatives.
